Services expand to further improve evening and Sunday bus provision in the area

• First Bus South Yorkshire teams up with Rotherham Welcome Break to provide a new direct bus service between Sheffield and Rotherham
• The X6 service will run from Sheffield Moorfoot, Rotherham Welcome Break and Rotherham Interchange, seven days a week
• The new service opened on Friday 17^th January 2025

• Free bus travel on 29th / 30th June for any person travelling to an organised event wearing uniforms of the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force, and any associated cadet force. Free travel is also allowed if a person is in possession of a current Ministry of Defence issued card, with their branch of military stated

• Today, June 11th saw First Bus unveil it's dedicated bus design to kickstart Pride celebrations in Doncaster
• The main Pride event in Doncaster will take place on 10 August at Townfields in Doncaster, First Bus will be offering free travel to the event.
