First Bus Partners with Sheffield DJ Martin Wright for Halloween Ball and donates the proceeds to St Luke’s Hospice.

First Bus Sheffield is proud to announce they will be hosting a shuttle service for the 4th year in a row for the Halloween ball in partnership with Sheffield DJ Martin Wright for the highly anticipated 90’s Reunion event. As part of this ongoing collaboration, First Bus is proud to continue its tradition of giving back to the community by donating the proceeds of the shuttle, £500, to St Luke’s Hospice, a charity partner of the transport operator.

This year’s spooky celebrations take place on Saturday, 26th October 2024, and will kick off with a Halloween themed shuttle service with a live DJ to ferry the party goers from West Street to Leadmill – Sheffield’s iconic music venue.

The service, dubbed the "104 Clubbers Bus," will provide a fun and nostalgic ride for those attending the event. Clubbers will have the chance to meet and greet with Soraya Vivian, who will be performing a DJ set at the reunion. Soraya will be hosting an exclusive meet-and-greet, adding extra excitement to the Halloween festivities!

The Halloween ball is the 8th clubber reunion event put on by DJ Martin Wright, and features performances by DJ Kuta, Chris Dutton, Friday Night Posse and more.

First Bus’s 104 Clubbers Shuttle to Leadmill where the Halloween ball is taking place, will run at 30-minute intervals between 16:45 and 18:15, providing a convenient way for attendees to travel from West Street to Leadmill.

Simon Middleton, Staff Manager at First Bus Sheffield said:

“We’re excited to continue our long-standing partnership with Martin Wright and bring the Clubber Bus back for another fantastic 90’s reunion event.

This is a partnership I have had chance to work on from the start and it’s an amazing opportunity to bring people together while also making a positive impact by supporting St Luke’s Hospice, an organisation that does so much for our local community.”

Martin Wright from Sheffield Clubbers Reunion said: “We are now in our 4th year and the Halloween event will be our 8th Reunion. The Clubbers party bus is a great addition to this retro event.

“A lot of Clubbers remember using the Pulse and Club Wow busses that ran from the city centre up to Centertainment in the late 90s.

“We are proud to work alongside First Bus almost 25 years later raising money for good causes and bringing back the Clubbers Bus from those great times.”

The Clubber Bus is expected to be a hit with nostalgic 90’s fans, adding to the atmosphere of the Halloween weekend festivities in Sheffield and is only in use for ticket holders to the Halloween ball.
